This is a REALLY, REALLY good concept.
The way you tie hypno and gameplay together is excellent. Ensuring the player does some chores at first, making sure they understand how tedious it is, and then giving them hypno as to avoid it. That is genuinely good game design. Furthermore, it's super hot. Mechanically taking control of those characters, using them as pawns to do your bidding... that tickles all the right neurons.
If you continue this -- and I hope you do -- I might request a meter for how much we've trained our hypnotic powers. That, together with some progression of the control over our subjects (doing one chore, to doing several, to submitting for us in... other ways), would turn this into a legitimately excellent hypno game.
Very promising start. Very, very good stuff.
