This is a very solid entry! Escape rooms are an excellent format for a short-form twine, and you took full advantage of the concept. Exploring for clues forces us to engage with the kinky stuff, neatly weaving together kink and gameplay, and the bad ends aren't so disruptive as to interrupt the gameplay loop. The payoff of different endings based on different levels of maturity is a great finishing touch.
Also, I'd like to shout out the two opening lines in particular:
> What seems like a dull hum buzzing within your ears is actually soft lullaby music(?) twinkling in the distance. Your nostrils widen at the sweet scents of talcum wafting over to you.
This is exactly what an opening should do. Match my experience to that of a character; a few sensations, filtering through darkness, slowly building out the world around me. Immersing me and establishing tone at the same time. Very, very good.
