Honestly it's pretty realistic that the biggest issue with drunk drivin' is running out of ciggarets. I would recommend to add some period where you don't die right away after hitting the death stage, cuz i've died due to an heart attack when after smoking (and going back to 0) cuz it took a sec to die lol
