Hi, I'm having a hard time finding Anna. According to the dc observer, there's a protest in front of SFC at star hill on the second day but when i go there, i can't find Anna but only the protesters. Can you help me? Thanks a lot :)

Have you met Anna at DC Observer office? She will only show up at many events if you first met her at the office. Events mentioned by newspaper has already happened in the past (yesterday) so if you want find her in the event, you have to go back in time which you can only do it by loading your saved game progress. So make a habit to save the game periodically.
