I have been playing this game like crazy for the last week or so. For some reason I'm completely hooked. I think part of that is the charm, and part of it is completely unintentional: The stability problems. The game keeps crashing, but I can reboot it very quickly. I've discovered some ways to work around some sources of crashes, depending on which error codes they produce... and it's become a metagame for me trying to figure out what causes them and play as long as I can before the village becomes unplayable because of repeated crashes I can't work around or lagging to a halt.

I appreciate the simple and minimalist tutorial, but I'm realizing something... Despite having played for probably over 10 hours, I have no idea what the lower two icon bars adults have (fist and a red rectangle thing that might be a spool of thread or a mug, under their hunger need and sleep need bars) actually represent or what to do about them.

Drauthius, if you're still paying any attention to this, let me know and I'll gladly share my error reports with you if you like. And if you can explain these two mysterious icons, I would appreciate it.

Hi! I'm glad you've been enjoying the game. I'm not developing or maintaining the game any longer.

As for the icons, the fist is the villager's strength, and the spool is the villager's craftsmanship. The latter increases when building things, and the former when doing other work (chopping, working the fields, etc.). A higher value increases the speed at which the task is finished, and the values decrease with time, especially during old age. Sounds like a half-baked idea that didn't really pan out to much :)
