Oooh, it's good to hear that you managed to get past the first hurdle!
It seems like the game folder doesn't have all the files in it (importantly, the txt folder). For it to work, you have to extract all the files from the zip file into the folder before running the application. It should look like this:
If that still doesn't work, someone in our comments with the same problem re-downloaded it and managed to get it to work that way.
