I wonder how it would be. No way we'll be able to keep and interact with children on campus, so they'll probably have to be sent home to our parents? Maybe to our partner's homes, if they live in town? Then there are the partner's attitudes to consider, the physical penalties during pregnancy, extra expenses once the child is born, etc...
That would make a massive update, if they'll do this in one go.
