I wish there's a fast travel, I know that this game heavily invested in the exploration of the game but I think fast travel should be able access in a form of cheat?
Or maybe you can add a quest that gives the player an item with fast travel mechanic that teleports you to the place you selected but you will receive a long cooldown to balance it out.

The Patreon build does have cheats / dev tools available including teleportation to various maps. Maybe in the future there will be some "stagecoaches" or something at certain points of interest that allow you to traverse the world faster. Fast-traveling from anywhere means you may miss important quest triggers, so that's unlikely to ever happen.
