I've already restarted my phone but it didn't help.

Once the download of the missing assets is complete, the downloader restart on the full game.
New downloaded assets needs to compile before the game.
Regarding your device, it can takes some time (usually ~ 10min).
That's a one time operation and next start will be a lot faster.

Patience is the key here. Sorry :/
