Seeing as this takes place in the MCverse, lots of things are possible so dont hesitate :)
(I might sketch some of them because im using this as an excuse to draw again eueueu-)
I think Runie and Yurim are close friends. Yurim always gives Runie advice about his room works and even projects in exchange Runie buy Yurim snacks, since Yurim reads way tooooo much and also yurim sometimes share his books with Runie whatever genre it is
Yurim is also friendly and kind to everyone that's why yurim is popular or known by others (really likes helping others but sometimes it's too much. Need someone to look out for them)
(also Yurim think Runie and Domian cute together🤭 but can't save them when Qiu and Tamarack are planning to snatching him back)
THATS ADORABLE!! QwQ Yurim and Runie have the same soft vibes I think which is so lovely. And in my opinion! Yurim's theme is the instrumental of love by wave to earth eueueu
I also had this funny idea where If Yurim gets too overwhelmed by helping others and are on the brink of exhaustion then Runie would carry him out of there like this-
As for Alios, I think none of them would even be friends if there's nothing to bond them together (like *wink* neighbors *wink*, a friend of a friend,... Note: not even classmates would do if they don't approach Alios aggressively like Qiu & Tama did), that's just how they are. So I'll just tell you what Alios thinks of them & what ifs.
Runie (could be friends): They're comfortable with him, low-key have some chance of being friends if they're in the same class. Would go "Is it him getting in some weird trouble?" in their head if he ever got dragged around by some horses and flew up a tree? They like his hair and whatever he is wearing outside of his clothes, by the way :)
Damian (could not): They would never be friends, I guess. If they're 'a friend of a friend', they would stay like that forever, just like how Baxter and Ren were. As I said, Alios is super distant when it comes to friends rather than being polite.
Sonia (if they ever are friends): Do you know Tamarack? Yes, that patable head. Even their energy level match, too. If they ever become friends, Alios would treat her like their little sister, always looking out for her first in a room full of people (including their romantic partner/ crush).
Qinru (could not): The reason is a bit personal, tbh (Alios is my persona, after all,, haha). She's too pretty, that would damage their eyesight (in imagination) if they meet her every day, one Qiu is enough...!

Id like to think Alios would always see Runie getting into weird trouble. Like, they're always the first witness LOL. And I see them being friends as well! Maybe after Runie gets introduced to him by Qiu or Tamarack and Runie goes:
Runie: Aren't you that kid who's somehow always the first to see me when im in trouble?
Alios: In my defense, how do you always find yourself in those positions anyways?
Runie: ...Fair enough LETS BE FRIENDS! :D
Damian would be the same honestly HAHAHA he's a distant but kind person so he'd treat Alios good, even if they're not friends :)
And Alios having admiration for Qinru? THATS SO CUTE :'DD Qinru is aroace but she doesn't mind anyone having a crush on her. She'd probably even tease Alios by smiling their way (she thinks its funny and does it in a friendly way hehe)
Tbh my strongest impression of you and Runie is him flew up a tree by horses lolol. Them being the first witness makes it even more hilarious XD
Did you know original Alios (my persona) is also an aroace? (Of course you don't I haven't told you XD) They simply have a soul that appreciates beauty! :)
Runie is embarrassed that that was Alios' first impression of him LOLOL he'd screech and try to cover his face whenever Alios brings it up

Aroace takes over the world wooooo! I'm an aroace too *wink wink* Although I do experience those feelings, they are so small that it is hard to say that I have. I was super confused with my own self for a very longggggg time whether I was being heartless or not until I found out about the existence of Aromatic and Asexual 🫵

I don’t know much about your characters as I haven’t been on here for too long. Thus, I’m only going off of what I do know as well as educated guesses.
Bacon would love everyone unless they were mean to him or Kathryne. Specifically, I think they’d hit it off with Runie as some people consider Bacon a freak of nature and they’re simultaneously made fun of and respected for it. This is due to their unnaturally high weight that makes no sense for their size. Even Runie might struggle to lift them. So they’d likely bond over that..
Kathryne would likely be distant at first but she might eventually come around to the group.. She especially has trouble dealing with extroverts so the more aggressively they approach her, the high the wall she puts up. Also, if she’s only starting to get along with one of them and they try to introduce her to the rest of the group, she’d shrink back into her shell in a heartbeat. It’s possible for them to be friends, it’d just take a lot of work.
Yo thats actually so interesting!! I feel like Runie would have so much fun trying to lift Bacon because theyre the first one to actually challenge him! If they ever were to spar or train together theyd probably tie most of the time :D
And I understand Kathryne lol sometimes when people approach too aggresssively its so uncomfortable TT
she’d honestly be more comfortable with Qinru and Damian because theyre both soft spoken and chill. (Even if Qinru is considered by “Haughty” many people shes really understanding) Damian is naturally gentle-natured so he’ll be able to get along with her too.
Runie and Sonia can let go of their very energetic behavior so Kathryne wont get overwhelmed, they can be gentle when they need to be hehe :3
That’s a fun idea to have them spar, Bacon isn’t actually that strong, just heavy. Although weight classes do exist in fighting for a reason.
But it’s good that the group can dial their energy back a bit. But I just envision either Runie or Sonia trying to make friends first and failing. Then watching in confusion when Damian actually succeeds at getting the little turtle to come out of its shell.

For runie just like you said before they'd be awkward at first but become good friends in the end :3 Liam would be a clingy friend (like he is with everyone bro got some "don't leave me 🥺" issues) he'd constantly make silly remarks and invite runie to hang out alot :) and he would probably tell runie all about the kids at the daycare
I LOVE IT TwT!! I think would get along with Sonia or Qinru the most (just from vibes alone shdhsbdb) Damian would see Liam as this little ball of energy and would always ruffle his head whenever he visits him
and omg Runie would be so SOFTTT for the kids TT
like because of his own bad childhood experience he would want them to have some sort of comfort to help them get through it.
Runie would think Liams clingy tendencies are endearing but also a littleee bit concerning because hed be like “bro we literally live 2 blocks away pls 😞”
The Damian idea is so cute :0 (I only kept Damian Sonia and qinru's simple because I don't know anything about them yet T^T) and liams tendencies can be concerning 🥲 i feel like runie could see past his persona he created TwT

Leaf Would be that one kid always hiding behind the other kids when a picture being taken, and with that said and depending on the Question about the little quirks the MCs had i'd say Leaf would be enamoured she would look up to the other MCs as they are some kind of idols , you better believe you will have a hard time separating her From those she looks soo highly at.
Leaf is so precious omg ahdbhahdns Runie, Damian, Sonia, and Qinru would honestly be super doting towards her. Like shes that little sister they show BLATANT favoritism towards and it gets on people’s (who admire them) nerves but they’d protect her from them regardless 😌
Maeve and Runie are each others close comfort friends I think. I’d think they’re really close. Maeve would admire Runie and think they’re so pretty and strong, she’d fully trust Runie and always comfort them and secretly wants to them to braid their hair. Maeve would really trust Runie and she’d go to them when overwhelmed with things. Or when she’s feeling down. And she’d always be there for Runie whenever they need anything too (actively ships Runie and Damien)
haruki and Runie I’m not very wut ei think they’d know each other. I think they’re have the potential too be friends I just doubt Haruki would actively go up to them (he’s a pretty judgy person) bc he’ll be like ‘oh this guy isn’t my usual hang he’s too soft and delicate I’ll just adopt him instead’ and then he’ll be like ‘WOAH he’s strong dang I need his workout routine-‘ and Haruki will try and set him up with Damien.
For Damien and Maeve I think they’re very similar so I’m not sure WHO’D introduce themself first (heterochromia, freckles, selectively mute, singer…) but I think they’d be really good buddies once they open up to each other. They’d be song writing buddies and they’ll deny their feelings for the people they OBVIOUSlY have a crush on- (also I’m like halfway done with Damien and Maeve duet it’s taking me so dang long bc i tortured myself into believing I can draw without a template….-💀)
and Damien and Haruki I think Haruki will see Damien as a baby brother idk why. He’ll be like ‘my poor por child, shh I’ll handle this’ and will be THE wingman for Damien and Runie’s relationship and will ‘accidentally’ set them up together. And Haruki will kinda be that extrovert friend who basically adopts people
and then I forgor Sonia and qinru’s personalities sorry- 😔 and apologies if I miss characterize ur ocs

Qinru’s personality is sort of like a mean rich girl? But shes just, realllyyy brutally honest. She has confidence, isnt afraid to state her opinion and has the smarts and money to back it up. Even though she seems like that stereotypical mean girl shes really loyal to her friends and loves them to death HEHE
