Yes, but this site doesn't show a game rating (for unfinished jam, anyway), it shows how many reviews you have. So 2000th place means you have a small number of reviews. It doesn't mean your game is bad, just not popular. It seems that you have given a lot of reviews to other people, so the problem might be here:
1) You do not have a WebGL build. Trust me, with it - your game will get a lot more reviews. And it's not too hard to do.
2) You should add a good description and screenshots (you already did this).
3) You should try to drop a link to your game in some posts.
Also, I think the most active time is the start of the jam, in my game personally I see a geometric drop of activity, so u should be active at the start (or at the end of the jam)
