Are you running 1920x1080? I noticed the ortho camera behaves oddly and doesn't always render the monitor overlay (which is actually the HUD) the same at different resolutions.
No. 1440p like a sane person. ;)
Is it just one level in particular? I've gone through and made sure the camera is the same in all levels but I may have missed something.
