Unfortunately permanent changes would require every single scene be rewritten to contain those changes, unless a modular writing style has been planned from the start. So that would probably not happen.
Oh yeah I forgot about that. But they are minor changes that doesn't break immersion if not mentioned explicitly. Major changes like breasts would require scenes to include them being used or at least acknowledged. Otherwise why even have them?
