Mutations are permanent changes.
It doesn't mean that every scene will accommodate the mutations, though.
Oh yeah I forgot about that. But they are minor changes that doesn't break immersion if not mentioned explicitly. Major changes like breasts would require scenes to include them being used or at least acknowledged. Otherwise why even have them?
