All of the locos and rolling stock are able to have a winch attached to them for lifting.. I think that would be a lot easier then me trying to guess where somebody would want a connection point for a crane? not to mention, then there could be weird connection prompts around the loco causing issue
all you have to do is connect the winch to the locomotive, either the body or the trucks. both of them will allow for winch connections from the winch pack
