To generate Gcode for an SCM machine. I do import this toolpaths in Rhino/Grasshopper and there I do have a program that takes the 3D curves and generates Gcode. I do tried to create a postprocessor for PixelCNC but it is too much hustle to do so.
If you can send over a few samples of G-code that runs properly on your machine (support@deftware.org) we can probably get a post cooked up for you so that you can directly export your generated PixelCNC toolpaths to G-code.
