All the levels are beatable!Some even with a few non-intended solutions.

it looks like I found it. unless there is some hidden mechanic to use one ink on 2 spots. Basically u need to turn 4 sheep green with three ink or 2 cabage blue with 1 ink... or turn yourself red twice with one red ink...
