I did just bought Games Optimizer for Friend, it was an issue with delivery and payment! After i checked my bank balance i can see that money was gone fore 3 times! Every time i tried to buy Games Optimizer, money was going to you! BUT archive was not delivered to my mail!

I need 1 copy been delivered to san4es_zuev@mail.ru

For other 2 payments i need charge back!

However, I can check the purchases you did with your username (Aventador_Maximus) for QGO and I can see that your last purchase was 14 days ago.

So, at the moment, I can't see the 3 purchases.

I'm not in charge of the purchases process, refund, etc, so I can't help you on this side, it's on Itch side. You pay them and weeks after they pay me.

You must contact Itch.io support and details your situation for more help.

You could show them your bank lines mentioning the purchases or some receipt if needed.
