You got a ton done in just a week! Great Job. A few thoughts:
- The opening text tutorial was a bit long and complicated. In a longer game, I'd recommend sprinkling the tutorial throughout the game, introducing mechanics incrementally, but with the limited time of a game jam I think the scope may have been a bit too large if it required that much explanation
- Add sounds/popups when orders arrive or expire. Also, allow the player to pin 1-3 orders to their UI, so the goals and ticking clocks are visible at all times
- The readability of the recipe book is a bit low. Maybe let the player pin 1-3 recipes to their UI?
