If you're using a keyboard and mouse, you steer the camera with your mouse, while using W to walk forward or S to step backward.... If you're using a mobile device, then you have two thumb pads - one for moving your character and the other is for your "look" direction/ camera.
If your camera seems *stuck* in motion, even after refreshing and restarting the game, then that's a bug we would like to track down and fix. Do you suspect that is the case?
