It's also not there in the itch.io launcher. But I am on desktop with 1080px width. Where to use search?!

Good question. I do not use the app, but when I just looked, the website did not have the search box and the left side bar's search box is not working. Oh, it does "search", but only the recommendations. If I enter a word, it just opens a game and not search results.

For browser the 1080 says little. Browsers use virutal screen size and adjust for operating system settings and most important the zoom level you set. It might be 100% or bigger or lower.

I can’t find it either and, get this, when I try to input the url for the search page in the launcher it redirects to the top games section. The app search bar also doesn’t show adult games even if you have the “show adult content” toggle on. Both these facts lead me to believe this is entirely on purpose specifically to stop you from being able to access adult itchio games through the app. You can still download them and see them in your collections but you can’t actively look for them in the app. It’s probably because of the whole PayPal censorship thing going on.

If you’re looking for games just use the browser version and save them, then you can find them in your collections in the app and download them there.

What would be the search page?

Because if you enter something like https://itch.io/search?q=halloween into the url box, that just works fine.

I do not know why the search box is not displayed on the Itch app's view of the page. And I also do not know why the search box on the left side is not doing what it says. It does not display the search results. If you enter a keyword, it will go directly to some game if you hit enter. Otherwise it will only display the top 1% of games or something like that, in a drop down box.

That's not true. Just browse the popular games. There will be adult games shown. Or type the beginning of the currently most top rated adult game in the search box of the app.  e t e r is already enough to display the game in the suggestions.

Hmm. Curiously enough, that does currently not work on the web page. It appears with eternu in the results, but not as a suggestion even with full name.
