for me i get pushed up and i can't lift the safe at this point im thinking of using the atv as a weight to drag me down
You can't swim down past a certain point if you don't have the scuba mask, as you just float back up..
You actually can "Climb" down the slope of the lakebed quickly enough with the hook, but you have to be VERY precise when grabbing the safe and bouncing to the surface.
