It's possible, I've done it. But you can only do it using the updated 1.15 of Chef's Kiss which buffed Pepperman, which isn't included in that google drive link in the description.

Every level has been tested as pepperman on hell mode.

In fact, every level as mr stick too.

Also gustavo & brick and vigilante, but there isn't video evidence of it.
