It'd be great if you could improve this mod. It's still got a number of issues as i'm sure you know, like the environmental breakable blocks not working, and it being impossible to play as Fake Peppino besides a few levels since he takes too long to walk through doors.

Man, really big shame to see, but I guess that's it. At the very least, thanks for the work you already did on the mod, I've played it a ton and i'll still continue since I need to beat CTOP and War lol. It's brought me and others a lot of joy and replayability.

No to come off as rude, but do you have any estimate of when the update might release? Asking because I've pretty much been playing this mod at least once a day since it released, and it'd be nice to be able to do some P-Ranks with characters with some of the other characters who can't break through those environment blocks.

I was playing Lap 3 Hell Mode as Fake Peppino on Pizzascape, and it seems like it's impossible to complete it. Whenever I walk through a door, Pizzaface becomes active before Fake Peppino's exiting animation is finished, and I get caught immediately.

Not to be rude, but I was just wondering if you think it might be possible at any time for an update to come out that fixes the issue with the blocks not breaking? Just a shame that it makes half the cast unable to do P-Ranks due to it.

It's possible, I've done it. But you can only do it using the updated 1.15 of Chef's Kiss which buffed Pepperman, which isn't included in that google drive link in the description.

Found another bug.

After starting the game, if you switch your PC's audio output to something else. Everything in the game will switch EXCEPT the Lap 3/Crumbling Themes, which whenever activated, will play in the old audio output instead of the current one.

Thank you for making this mod. Chef's Kiss is pretty much Pizza Tower's Calamity Mod imo, so it's great to see these amazing movesets be able to be used in some of the other standard challenges like Pizzaface Chase, Lap 3, and Infinite Laps. I know it's just a demo (for a demo), so I don't expect perfection, just wanted to bring a few issues to attention and some recommendations.


Bugs:

  1. Any secret block thats part of the level geometry that requires Mach 3 to break into, doesn't work with Mach 3 or 4. Not sure why. Someone else has brought it up with John Gutter but I just wanted to be more specific and say it's on multiple levels that have this type of block.
  2. PLEASE make it so that the Lap 3 themes adhere to the volume slider. They completely ignore the volume settings in-game and I have to turn down the game as a whole using volume mixer so that my ears don't get blown out.
  3. When running out of combo with the P-Rank Checkpoint on, your rank will remain an S-Rank from then-on.

Feature Requests:

  1. Could you make it so that Gustavo can use doors without needing Brick? It would really improve his abilities in Lap 3. Waiting or Brick so you can use the door wastes a lot of time and I feel like it even makes some parts impossible.
  2. Overkill, but it'd be nice to possibly give each level a list that shows which character you'd completed Lap 3 with. Maybe in Chef's Tasks?

Just a Note:

Get rid of the Google Drive link in the description. It's an earlier version that doesn't contain the buffs for Pepperman that make him less slippery. I've used the 1.15 from the Chef's Kiss Itch.io and it worked perfectly fine for the patch.
