When the error happen again, press F8 or F12. A browser window will open. Go to the CONSOLE tab, and send me a screenshot of what is in there.
Did you put the "customParameter" on the Type Order?
You can't put "rg" on the type order. You need to put literally "customParameter". Just like the screenshot I sent for you.
If that still triggers the same error, then I will have to look into the code.
