Is it possible to link department with the focuses? As I saw Engineering and Regenerative Medicine... Seems to not work. lol Nice tool otherwise. I hope it grows more.

Departments are linked with focuses for the most part, however not everyone is going to only have focuses in their primary or current focus, this is intentional and make sense. Chances are good if they got Regenerative medicine as an Engineer, they probably have medicine as a secondary high role, i'd guess a 3. It could even be their 4, indicating that they recently swapped from Medicine to Engineering tracks.
