Glad you are enjoying them! As for the Berkshire, I am not having that issue, it is unfolding just fine for me and functioning properly.. Could you try again with no other mods enabled?

I tried it without all my mods just the necessary ones it it did work as should now I have to go through and see what mod has the conflict
