There is a bug in the "cat curiosity" mission because it tells me that I have to get 3-e rank fish when I already have them and it doesn't let me continue.
Try catching another one or selling them all and then catching 3 new ones, that might fix it.
I already tried it and it still won't let me continue with the mission:c
