The game won't be published here, but you can find it on Steam and all consoles (Switch, PS4, PS5 and Xbox One/Series), also in German. There is a free demo too.
I just updated the info here and uploaded the new launch trailer.
I get this error, it is because you have to enter an age rating for Germany, otherwise the game will not be available for players in Germany on Steam. I think if you want the demo to be available as well, you have to do it twice, once for the demo and once for the full version.
