I don't think decrypting the game has anything to do with this.
My last solution to this problem would be for me to send you my version of the mod files and see if that makes a difference.

Hey, do you still have issues with the mods?
i got them to work! when i went to install a few other mods on nexus (i used the vortex mod manager instead of manually downloading it all, because i dont trust myself that much) i downloaded mattie's modloader and i was able to activate your mods!
