I now have 4 breast enlargement potions, Galadriel is lvl 3 and the mid swap potion is not available. I've checked across multiple weeks doing all sorts of different laws.

That's weird, can you press shift+o, then write got_mind_swap_potion and tell me the output?
I'm on Android. Just restarted the game and was able to get it this time.
