i'm new to the game and i'm not sure if this is supposed to happen. My stone just wont go up at all even when i have many workers.

Hey, there are a few things you could try:

Make sure you have both stone teleporters and stone mines, not just one of them.
Make sure your factories aren't using too much stone; disable them for a while if needed.
Make sure the workers are actually working at the stone mines and teleporters
