I believe so? If you go to "buy" and click "i already paid for this" it should take you to the downloads page

It didn't work. I still can't update
It seems you forgot to tick the platform for v1.1 as Windows, so it's not playable through the itch client. Currently only v1.0 and the demo will show up on there. It would be greatly appreciated if you would remedy that. Thanks :)
