Had a go at your game, here are some of first impressions.

   *   Blood staying on the screen throughout the waves is good

   *  Getting weird blue rectangles that stay near my character every once in a while, i think it might be a bug

   *  Reload time is fustating, feels like your punished with nothing you could of done about it, maybe make it so you need to mash right mouse click like 5-10 times to reload?

   *  sound effects seemed good, maybe a bit of a beat in the background would make it even better.
