To anyone else unable to get Rachel v10: the guides do not work.

This method worked for me

Order her to strip naked. Position her with hands above her head and take her picture.
Position her bent over the desk and give her a paddle and ruler spanking.
Put her over the knee and choose the anal dildo.

The guide does work, you just have to use one from v15 or v16. The v14 guide will not work for Rachel to 10. Another helpful tip: a humiliation point can be had by putting a girl in a position that you don't actually perform an action in.
