Thanks for trying out the game! Odd issue, is the first time I heard about it. Try updating your gpu drivers. If that doesn't work try manually erasing your save files. Go to "C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\Poke ALL Toads" (replace C with the hard drive where windows is) , make a backup of the files inside and erase everything inside the folder.

If that still doesn't work, do you have anything running apart from the game? There might be something causing a conflict.

well there are 3 problems with the thing you suggested

1: i don't even know how to update my gpu driver, but that might not be the complete answer

2: no, i don't have anything else open when trying to run the game either that makes it crash, it just crashes about 1-2 seconds after opening any of the builds, including the steam one.

3: this is only happening to my other computer, my main computer doesn't do this so i don't have to worry abt that.

thanks for the info btw.

by the way i am still trying to 100% the v0.26 test levels, i will report my progress when it's complete for realsies.

so a little update about this: I ACTUALLY MANAGED TO MAKE IT WORK AGAIN!! what i did was i made a folder in the location you told me to go called "backup", copy and pasted the old files outside the backup folder and put them into the backup folder, and deleted the old files (excluding the backup folder, of course). so when i opened up a random build of this game i had, IT ACTUALLY DIDN'T CRASH!!! thanks for your advice man

I'm happy that it solved your issue! I want to investigate the crash, how it corrupted your files so it doesn't happen to other people. Do you mind if you share that folder with me?
