All I do is click download, put it in a folder that (as far as I know) is not in OneDrive, and unzip the game folder. And I can’t even find Player.log.

It will be in a location like: C:\Users\[account name]\AppData\LocalLow\Blue Fairy Media LLC\Transformation Tycoon

Once I get past Users, neither Public nor the set of numbers has anything that says AppData.

Type "%APPDATA%" into the address bar of Explorer and it should take you to Appdata\Roaming.
From there it should be easy to get to the Appdata folder itself, then to Appdata\LocalLow.

Oh, I’m okay now. I just used Steam. Files don’t cause me issues when I go through Steam.

I've searched my entire computer at this point. There is no file that says AppData that your game would have modified. I don't have a Player.log file. I can't start the game. I can load a save, but when you don't have a save because you never started the game, that doesn't help.

I'm afraid I don't have any information that can even start to diagnose this issue, unfortunately. AppData is a hidden directory by default so you may need to adjust your Windows' settings to display it. Let me know what your version of Windows is as well, I haven't done any testing on Windows 11 as I don't own it.
