I think the game is working smoothly. That said, I'm deducting a point every time I tap that blue link under the next button accidentally.

No typos or other errors that I saw. The setting is interesting, but the pacing is a bit slow (latter is more of a personal preference thing.)

Aha, thank you! I used your guide to compile the html file, but it was in the evening and I was half-asleep so I ignored the part about that blue link (I'll fix it).

The beginning being slow is the trade-off for not starting the player off in the middle of the story, while having to infodump about literally everything. It was a choice I made when I started writing the story, though I'm aware it has its downsides. Should pick up in the later chapters tho.

Also, might be me, but I can't find your game by searching for it on itch, although it shows up on google search. If this persists after a day or so, you may want to look into why the game wasn't indexed on itch search.

Thanks again. I looked through the list, and I think I have everything in order, but a day isn't over yet so I'll wait a bit before assuming that the machines are after me (again).

Edit: according to the forums, it can be up to two weeks until a game gets indexed, so yeah.
