The thing is I already finished Ashley story line and I can't visit her at college anymore :/
Erm, at the end of her story, both 0.8 and 0.9, she's still attending college. I literally have 100% everything right now and can still visit it.

Because at your point of progress, she's suspended. She needs to be attending college for you to visit her at college.
