For like repeating actions etc.
Gallery allows you to see the previous nsfw scenes any time you want.
The scenes aren't repeatable?
I am playing on an android and don't see any manual save options also

Through gallery they are. You can Q.Save at the bottom or save from pause menu > Save and by clicking on an empty slot
