This behaviour is unknown so far. The game has been downloaded and played successfully over several thousand copies.

I can only imagine that it is a hardware compatibility problem or that you may be running it on a emulator for which it is not designed. Can you give some more detail on the conditions of your system?

to analyse the issue, a screenshot of the crash screen would be helpful. I think it is possible to add screenshots to posts in this forum.

Addition: The game is not save compatible to 1.40 saves. that being the reason?
If you have a 1.40 game, save your gear with the MV pod (see walkthrough) and pick it up at the rift or warehouse in a new v1.50 game.
