investigate the forest very thoroughly
i did that at one point and got my run reset by the entity. never got an achievement though unless i was suppose to do it a second time
I''m pretty sure you did... But perhaps it's one of the achievements that was hiding in the end of run screen instead? It's been a while and my memory is foggy.
i honestly dunno because its still greyed out. and i have the entity's profile on my menu before the runs
