you can't sadly...but! you can become mates with dustfeather when you have kits with duskfall when he's watching over the kits!

Or you can first be mates with Dustfeather then Duckfall willl ask you to the beach and Dustfeather if it is just a friend thing and if you say yes you can stay with both or if you say no he will say you broke his trust

If I were you, I would make him deputy after I become leader as an apology (it’s all right if you don’t want to do that though). The good thing about this is that you’ll always see him happy.

I think you can't, if you wanna be mates with both, make dustfeather your mate first then make Duskfall your mate. I'm not 100% sure though, it's been months since I played, it could have updated by then.
