Hi, how does it is crashing, do you have error ? Are you playing on android, browser, windows ?
yo, same problem here, if i go to prestige the game crashes on browser. it'll work sometimes, but most of the time it just refuses to keep playing.
WebGL can be buggy, reload the page, it should have done your prestige anyway. Else you could download the app, working a lot more better !
