Hey Pablo!
You could back up your saves to a USB or perhaps uploading to like Google Drive, MEGA etc. Your saves will be located in AHITR/Game/Saves.
As for running AHITR on Linux, I'm assuming it would be the same as running any Renpy game on Linux (maybe through a package manager or such).
