I'm fairly sure you've simply discovered the placeholder summoning room I had set up on the map, as you can only find the summoning room two times. The first time it switches to a different room full of nuns, and the second time it changes and a bunch of illusions appear and fight you. If both of those things have happened, you've reached the end of the summoning room content currently. There's an event in the room where Ann is on that floor that you can use to view the summoning events I've currently written, but you can't actually get there without the room being switched shortly after arriving. Sorry for the confusion there. I'll fix the bug with the staircase letting you walk through walls as well.

ok so yk there's this room where the healer nun (sorry idr the name) is there and a sex doll is on bed and in that room there's a sort of statue of ig the depravity goddess? and clicking that I get the option to preview scenes (summon evelyn (dom and sub)). right, So question was like i understood the preview thing (not totally because it talked abt tossing the key in some ring something) but like where's the actual event, how do i get to locking my cage for good and evelyn fucking the absolute cum out of me (i hope thats an option pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee). The preview is there because the full summoning room isn't available yet, and neither are the scenes you can preview. However, if you're looking to be locked by Evelyn, you are able to do that a second time just by progressing further into the dungeon. She doesn't fuck the absolute cum out of you (yet), but there are more events with her while locked.
