Although not a game issue, I noticed on Microsoft Edge that it's hesitant on downloading it since it's an exe file that it doesn't trust due to "not being a commonly downloaded app" although Windows 11 had no issues with the exe when I ran the extractor. You may want to use a ZIP folder instead to avoid this issue so that Edge/Windows won't have issues downloading it.
