I laid the ground work, it's all been pre planned out, the maps are all done and in the game right now, I haven't added the story/text or anything.

I don't have face sets, or voice actresses yet.

Sadly I can't fix that, the only way it will work is if you hit new game, play all the way to chapter 2.

If you open your bestiary, your music box and stuff, it's probably all broken as well.

Your skills and items also might be on the old 1.0 Data. 1.1 is much more balanced and fun.

So I suggest just starting fresh and getting back to that basement :)

Oh, that's the issue then. 1.0 saves will not work with 1.1.

There are new scripts that will conflict with things.

When you go in the basement, it's supposed to get DARK, and you can't see far. But the problem is, if you don't have that switch turned on when you make a new game, it will break.

So sadly, the only way to fix it and experience that content is a fresh new save.

In the casino did Dala say it was dark but it didn't get dark?

Are you using an old save by chance?

Where does it occur? When you first go in? After you explore around? When you go upstairs?

Sorry for the late reply. No, Chapter 2 is completed, and chapter 3's groundwork is level design is done. I've had setbacks and delays with artists and artwork needed. I hope to release the next chapter in a few months.

Hi there. Originally I was hoping to do the next update in May. But it might be longer than that. 

I'm waiting to get a bunch of art assets and they can only be produced as fast as the people I commission.

Unfortunately I don't really have an option to make the escape game easier/slower for the players since it's all tied to a script.

No. But there will be bikinis and harem outfits.

I am glad you enjoyed the first installment of the game.  I was really hoping to improve on everything from the previous game so I am happy to hear that. 

As for all the side content stuff, it will always be limited to the chapter area you went to. So hopefully nothing should ever be miss able going forward.

Hey there, the default game-size of Rpgmaker VXace is 544X416.  And it's the same I used to make all game assets for. I know you can Alt+Enter or make it full screen or a few other methods. But there is not much I can do really that I know about to resolve that.

That's the plan going forward :)

I had no plans for anything like that at the moment.

Hello there, I just uploaded a hotfix. The Mini game arrows were set to fraction of a second by  mistake. Now they have proper windows and manageable times.

That's odd. It should be a little slower now, allow more time to push buttons and react and the screen clears faster so previous arrows don't distract the player. There are also less arrows and the meter doesn't feel up as quickly if you miss click.

Hey there, not sure if the Itch App can't open Zip files. If all else fails a manual download, unzip the game and just click the executable.

Hello! That and few other issues have been fixed as of today. Just download, transfer you save files over and the Escape game should be more more manageable now.
