Patreon is not an adult website per se. It also features regular art and podcasts and all sorts of different art and games. I chose patreon as a platform so that they handle all my payments so that I don't have to worry about it. I do not know about alipay or if they are any plans to add alipay as a payment method to patreon. it may be best to ask the patreon support about that.
