I might be jumping in here for no reason, but just really wanted to educate the folks around. When you say "use models from other horror games" - you are pretty much wrong. Those models are made by an artist, who gives a permission to use the models in games, no matter the genre, no matter the usage, either free or commercial. That means, EVERYBODY can use the asset's, but NOBODY can say they own those assets, do you understand? The same asset can be used multiple times in other projects. Game development is about the delivery, about artists vision and what they share with the players. If, SeriousDaniel used an asset from Call Of Duty or GTA, that would be a different case, because those are the companies, who make their own assets.
Just wanted to clarify this, because your comment seemed a bit out of reach.

Edit: About the "virus" issue. Many games on itch.io have been flagged by the windows defender as "malware", because for some reason windows gives false reports about "trojan". It is labeled as "unknown application", because the program is unable to read its consistency, hence, it doesn't really know if the file is safe or not. That's why, the program decided to tell you that it "might" be harmful.
